A fully equipped new grease R&D facility is being set up in the Silvassa. This R&D facility will be involved in exploring innovative technology and new product development. This will help Standard Greases in developing competitive products to address customer requirements for various industrial applications.
A lubricating oil R&D has been set up in the Turbhe Lube Oil Blending Plant (LOBP). The lab is equipped with necessary equipments for testing and developing automotive and industrial lubricants.
Each plant is well equipped with quality control (QC) labs with experienced people in QC. All products are tested at various different stages of product manufacturing and packaging.
An internal round robin assessment program is conducted periodically as bench marking exercise across all laboratories.
All Standard Greases Laboratories also participate in International Round robin Technical programs conducted by our customers.
Our laboratories adhere to statutory safety standards and follow best practices in safety.
